Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

You seem to be suffering from premature ejaculation which is a condition where a person ejaculates much earlier than required. In addition you are also have some poor sexual knowledge. Ejaculation during sleep is termed nightfall (wet dreams) which is a completely normal physiological process. When a person becomes sexually mature, he either masturbates or has sex or has night falls.

I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist. You will need some sex education sessions. Beahvioral measures like distraction and medicines like paroxetine taken daily or dapoxetine on as required basis will help you in delaying ejaculation.

Best wishes
