Brief Answer:
74 days...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Spermatogenesis is the sequence of events in which the spermatogonia are transformed into mature spermatozoa. Complete maturation of the human spermatozoa require approximately 74 days.
Therefore the injections results will take minimum of 74 days for it's effects to be seen. You may discuss with your treating doctor and plan for repeat semen analysis now. Your doctors can plan subsequent treatment accordingly.
Hope this information will be helpful for you.
Further any question I will reply in follow up.
Good luck. Dr. HET
