How To Treat Painful And Irregular Period?
I am a 31 year old african american woman..I have always had irregular cycles. As i have gotten older it did start to come a little more regular within the last year or so...however i still miss months at a time and when it comes i am in so much pain it is almost unbareable...is there anything that will ease the pain? Can drinking more water help?
