Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

The antifungal vaginal suppositories have got a excellent role on genital fungal infection. As you have placed this drug into vagina, the drug will be absorbed by the lining epithelium of the vagina and the it will enter the systemic circulation. Don't worry about the suppository by this time the tablet will be completely absorbed.

As you are applying the topical antifungal cream, it will suffice the vaginal tablet and helps to bring down the symptoms of fungal infection.

The symptoms will take 5-7 days to come down with the antifungal medicines. So don't bother much regarding this, continue using these drugs which are adequate and most precise for the genital fungal infection. In addition to these medications, for itching you can take oral antihistamines.
Thank you.
