Hi,

If I were her caring doctor would ask to get her hospitalized until her BP will be back to normal range to prevent future cardio-vascular and neurological accidents.

Having a hemoglobin count of 10.2 is considered slightly low and acceptable for women.

All the problems she is facing are due to high BP. Once BP is optimized, the symptoms will be reversed too.

Hope this answers your query.

Wishing you good health.
