How To Treat Headache And Back Pain?
I have had a headache for over a week and 4 days ago woke up with an extremely sore throat. My head and ears are full and my sinuses are draining, but the sore throat started before the sinus issues. I have lower back pain mostly on my left side, am tired and achy all over my body. I have had chills, but if I have a fever it has been a low one. Any ideas?

From history it seems that you might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection giving all these problems.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine course for 5 days and you will be alright.
Take analgesic with some decongestant medicines.
Take vicks vapor inhalation.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
