The history and symptoms of you are suggestive of gastritis with acid reflux regurgitation. As you had under gone the H. Pylori kit antibiotics which is a combination of two to three different types of antibiotics, if not you need to try one as soon as possible. Because the pain is because of ulcer in stomach it may take some time. Avoid oily, spicy, junk foods. Avoid late night meals, drinks and smoking. Have regular bed timing, and meal timings. Raise your head side of bed at least five inches. You can try IV pantoprazole under the guidance of emergency room.
