Hi,

Zerodol-P contains both aceclofenac and paracetamol which is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, earache and pain in the throat. Side effects of Zerodol-P are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, epigastric pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, diarrhoea, gastric ulcer, skin rashes, drowsiness, mouth ulcer, fatigue, bloody and cloudy urine, allergic reactions etc.

Omez contains omeprazole which is used to reduce the amount of acid produced in the stomach. It helps treat acid related diseases of the stomach and intestine like heartburn, acid reflux and peptic ulcer disease. Side effects of Omez are diarrhea, flatulence, dizziness, muscle pain, drowsiness, chest pain, sore throat, joint pain, fever, allergic reactions etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
