How To Treat Fever With Body Ache?
I started with a low-grade fever accompanied by extreme body aches and fatigue. I went to the doctor on Wednesday and he diagnosed me with strep. The fever went away and I started feeling better, but Thursday night, the fever returned. I went back to the doctor on Friday and had a PCN shot. Was feeling great last night. Today, I started running low-grade fever (w/the aches) again at lunch time and it just broke about 2 hours ago. I have been taking 800mg of ibuprofen for the aches/fever. Should I go back to the doctor tonight or in the morning?

If you have already been diagnosed with a streptococcus infection.i hope you took anitbiotic for 5 days atleast or else the bacteria wont be killed and you will keep getting problems to which your body will fight and raise your body's temperature.
If you didnot take then i would suggest you to take Amoxcillin 500mg thrice a day for five days after food and you can take antipyeretic or analgesic as needed(paracetamol+ibuprofen).
During these days please follow these;
Donot drink cold liquids
Stay warm
Avoid spicy food
Drink lots of water.
