How To Treat Epileptic Seizures?

hi my names shelly and on monday i took a few epileptic seizures which isnt out of the ordinary as i am epileptic but although i do bite my tongue when i fit the bite was pretty bad and the right side of my tongue is swollen and bruised and still very painful and its preventing me from eating....is this normal?

Well come to HCM
Tongue bite is the main concern in epileptic seizure, this is not normal but this is consequence of convulsion, with the medicine the seizure controlled very well, if you want to avoid this then better to have the medicine regularly, keep the spoon with you as soon as you feel that it is going to be epileptic fir just put the spoon in your mouth, hope this helps.
