How To Treat Elevated Blood Sugar Level Between 180 And 245 With History Of Heart Attack?

I have never had high sugar levels....now I am between 180 and 245 fasting eating random testing.....I have not started meds yet....had a heart attack at 45,,,,I am 48 now,,,,what is going on with me...I dont eat candy....I am 180 and 5'9....not much exercise .....oddly my father has pancreatic cancer had whipple is 84 and has lived 24 months longer than expected....I think I might go first...!! ;-(....lots of stress in my life single parent divorced.

Hello,
You are definitely suffering from uncontrolled diabetes and must start the medications because uncontrolled diabetes has its own various types of micro as well as macro complications and at the top of it you are overweight,sedentary and had a heart attack.
You must consult a diabetologist as well as a cardiologist and get investigated properly and start proper medications,do exercises,reduce weight and observe proper dietary control as advised by the doctor.
Don't worry,act and everything shall be all right soon.
Destress yourself by doing yoga and deep breathing exercises.
