How To Treat Closed Cervix With Trapped Blood?

Hello, I had an endometrial ablation 1 year ago. I had normal periods till this month. I found out that my cervix is shut and that i have blood trapped. I was given a prostaglandin and have to put it up my vagina tomorrow. Is this the best option? Online it says not to give suppositories when there is cervical stenosis

[rostaglandin will help soften the cervix and adhesiolysis. Please be advised to apply the prostaglandin as prescribed.
