Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Making the baby wear diaper the whole day could be the cause for persistent diaper rash.
I would suggest the following which wil definitely be helpful

1. Twice daily bath: It will remove the stool residue and help in healing
2. Use of wipes (non alcoholic) after every stools to wipe the area
3. Zinc oxide paste application , along with calamine lotion will be helpful in fast healing.

Its unlikley to be due to food allergy

Do get back to me for further queries

Take Care
