I burnt a large section of the roof of my mouth 4days ago on the left side. It iis still very tender. My lymph node on my neck/ under my jaw is swollen and the side of my face is tender to the touch in front of my ear and jaw line. Been gargling with salt water and taking vit. C. Is there anything else I can do
thanks for your query, you can use topical analgesics and anesthetics.. you can also use saline gargling...and anesthetic mouth washes...the lesions may heal in one week....the tenderness over the lymphnode could be because of inflammatory origin secondary to the above said lesions...i hope my answer will help you..
