Hi,

Pain is because of the residual inflammation of pancreas, once the inflammation settles down, pain will go away. Eat light food, small diets should be taken at regular intervals. Pain medications like Diclofenac can be taken, Tramadol can also be given if pain is not relieved by Diclofenac alone.

Drink plenty of water and keep your body hydrated. Pancreatic enzyme supplements can help your body break down and process the nutrients in the foods you eat. Pancreatic enzymes are taken with each meal. For muscle jumping kindly attach reports of ct abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ramesh Kumar
