How To Treat A Baby With A Chemical Burn On The Tongue?
Baby with bleach cleaner chemical burn on tongue, I think.. I didn t know it happened until it was too late to rinse his mouth.. Now there are two or three very painful white spots on his tongue. Oragel helps but he can t sleep or nurse without oragel. He s 14 months old.

There is no specific treatment. Only supportive treatment we need.keep good oral hygiene. If painful, we can use simple analgesics like paracetamol. Anyhow if there is infection, will need antibiotics too.your doctor will guide you. Thank you
