Hi,

Gralise (gabapentin) is an antiepileptic drug which is also found to be beneficial in neuropathic pain. It is similar to Lyrica (pregabalin) in terms of mechanism of action, side effects and safety profile. In my opinion, you can go by your doctor's advice and try Gralise. I expect it to work as well as Lyrica and also to provide antiepileptic cover to you, in view of your history of a seizure in the past.

Best wishes.
