Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand from your query that you are concerned about your hair fall.

From your description, it seems that you are having male pattern hair fall. This is a hereditary type of hair fall which is genetically determined. It is important to continue the treatment as long as you want to preserve the hair.

There are US FDA approved treatments for it like topical minoxidil 5 % solution and Finasteride tablets. If you have already used minoxidil solution without much result, you must definitely try finasteride tablets. The side effects like erectile dysfunction is extremely rare at the dosage given for hair fall. It is also reversible once you stop the tablet.

Other options include peptide serums, microneedling treatments and laser comb. These are non invasive treatments which act as adjuvants.

Hair transplantation can be done once the active hair fall stops. You still need to continue medications after transplantation for the best results.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
