How To Reduce Weight?

Hi, this is Rahman. I am 29 years old. I am about 5.6" height. But my weight over 100 kg. I am too fatty. I have to work hard on computer. That is my job. recently I have degenerative change in my lower back. I am taking medicine. I feel pain pain if I walk much. And my back feel pain always less or more. My orthopedics expert told me to lose weight immediately. I eat what I need, may be a little bit more. But not more like any other fat people. How can I know that it is causing (fat) due to hormone imbalance?

As your BMI Indicates obesity.

you have to plan your daily diet plan calculating your calorie need and requirement.

kindly avoid high calorie food like meat,ice cream,fat based foods.
avoid junk foods,fried items,caffeinated drinks. reduce carbohydrate source food and take more millet group foods.

take more leafy vegetables and fruits when ever you feel hungry to avoid snacks like fried,stuffed foods.

do physical exercise 30 minutes a day.

you can try yoga .it will be more beneficial in reducing weight.
consult a dietician to plan a diet for your calorie need and healthy food.
