If I were your doctor, in such a situation I would have also advised you to go for a thyroid function test as hypo functioning of thyroid could also raise your serum lipids in spite of the treatment. I would also advise you for a regular active exercises depending on your medical fitness for the same. You have to also modify your diet towards more of vegetables and fruits to increase the roughage in your diet, and plenty of liquids. However if your serum creatinine is also increasing, I would advise you to get yourself reviewed by a medical specialist/nephrologist soon for further management who might go for some more investigations and also might change your anti lipid drugs.
