Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, when you have competition of kick boxing in a few days, you would have been care full,so that you are free by this time.
Any how i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylefrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking fruits juices, ice cream, ice water etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
