How To Reduce ESR Level And What Will Be The Diet Chart ?
My father aged 68 years is having ESR level at 120, he is suffering from severe back pains. All the other blood tests made are normal. Kindly suggest to reduce the ESR level and what diet should be taken by him.

ESR are generally raised in TB, Rheumatoid Arthritis, autoimmune diseases etc
