How To Overcome The Problem Of Elevated BP, Glucose Level And BPM During Pregnancy?

Hi doc Well i am 33+ week pregnant. And this is my second pregnancy. Firdt delevery was by c-section. Well this time i got to know that my bp level is high 140/95 and heart beat of mine and my fetus is high as well. And my doc checked my glucose random and the result was 137mmol. I am very stressed and upset. Plz suggest me some good tip to overcome on this all. Hope this all is temperary and will disappear after birth. Thnx for ur time Regards Mrs.Ali
