How To Increase Breast Milk Supply?

hi doctor, i wanted to breast feed exclusively to my newly born child but seems it is not enough for my baby. so i am using Lactogen 1 as a supplememnt and giving it to him in night time and once in daytime .. sometimes i feel guilty. what do i do to enhance my brestmilk supply.please help

Hi,

Please improve your nutrition and feed frequently as suckling by baby stimulates milk secretion. Even try to breast feed before you offer top feed. Few medical prescription like Shatawari powder or Galactone powder mixed and drank in milk and taken by the mother helps.
