How To Heal Cut On Finger?

my son stuck his finger in a fan and cut his finger..so i had a band aid on it for about 3 days. The bandaid had neosporin in it. His finger turned red almost blistery looking and now his skin is peeling off where all the blister was and you can see red raw skin
