How To Get Rid Of White Patches On Tongue/cheeks/gum/teeth?

I have large sore [white patch] everywhere in my mouth.I have large white patches on my tonque, cheeks, gum,and around my teeth.I am taking prednisone,it comes and go every other month for the past nine years.I have seen many doctors but they don't know the cause.I need help.
