Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be candidal infection with pyoderma. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to take antifungal like Itroconazole twice a day with antibiotic like Cefixime twice a day for two weeks.

Apply antibiotic cream like Sisomycine cream with Clotrimazole cream. Cleanse the area with Savlone liquid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel,
