Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having SEVERE itching on both my feet at night, I have beeb diagnosed wit psoratic arthritis and have used humira injections, but my rheumatologist took me off for a few months because of some side effects.. What could be causing this ITCHING and how do I get rid of it?
I understand your concern. Itching is one of the most common symptoms in psoriasis. It appears since your rheumatologist took you off of therapy, what caused reactivating of the disease. Try to take a daily soak but with a mild soap and moisturize your skin after bathing. This will help you to reduce itching until your doctor returns back your therapy.
I hope this answer was shepful to you.
