what is the best way to avoid and get rid of butt rash? I play a lot of tennis. The weather is hot and humid where I live. I wear the proper skirt, with material the helps take moisture away from your skin, but I still get an annoying red rash at the bottom of my butt cheeks. Not pretty. I've been using baby-rash creme. It works okay, but I'd love to know if there is a trick for avoiding the rash in the first place, plus how to effectively get rid of it. I try to shower as soon as possible after playing too.b Thanks!
