Hello and welcome to heathcaremagic
I would keep a possibility of focal
Vitiligo.
Vitiligo is a condition characterized by the autoimmune destruction of melanocytes, resulting in loss of pigmentation. In vitiligo, there is a partial or total destruction of melanocytes, initially only of the
epidermis and later even of the hair follicle, which acts as a reservoir for providing melanocytes during repigmentation.
Judging from the distribution of the lesions, you seem to be having a focal/stable type of vitiligo, which has been there as it is for years.
Medical therapies are the primary treatment for vitiligo. For a focal stable patch the options are:
-Topical
steroids,
-Topical immunomodulators like Tacrolimus,
-Topical
PUVA (8-methoxypsoralens) etc
I would advice that you see a
dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as a prescription for the appropriate medicines.
