I had a baby 18 months ago and lost a lot of weight, i eat more than i have ever done and still not putting any weight on . Recently i have started to get pains in my upper stomach get very gassy every time i eat,also i have joint pain ,headaches and feel nausious lack energy and tired all the time

I think that a thyroid profile test is required to be done at first, as hormonal irregularities can lead to these symptoms. Start have protein supplements along with vitamin supplements for 1 month.
