How To Cure Severe Chest Pain Like Stabbing And Dizziness?
I am 58 years old, female, multiply handicapped and have cardiac, respiratory, and neuro-muscular issues. I have been treated with nitro-stat, nitro-dur, isorbide for chest pain. Lately, my blood pressure has been dropping, (I am treated for very high blood pressure) which my physician treats with IV fluids at home. Today I had a different type of chest pain - not squeezing, and not with very rapid heart rate, it felt like I was being stabbed with a sharp needle over and over again. I was very weak and slept most of the day. I am dizzy when I try to get up. Could I be having a heart attack? Please help. I can't stay at the computer because I am very dizzy.

first rule of medical science is that there is no rule
though classical cardiac pain is dull aching sqeezing like in nature yet it can be stabbing needle like pricking sensation also
as you have multiple ailments and high blood pressure also
it can be a cardiac event a minor myocardial infarction .....
io would suggest you to go for a ecg and 2d echo test to rule out possibility of a future massive heart attack
dizziness ,weakness,letharg, lassitude all can be present post myocardial infarction
