How To Cure Mild Gastroduodenitis After Malaria And Typhoid?

my bro,21yrs old suffered from malaria n typhoid together and has recovered nearly 2months ago through medication,we had to admit him to hospital for some days that time. But now also he is nt well,stomach is always upset,almost 3 to 4 times a day has to go toilet.,shown many doctors but no one points out what d problm is. BUT just now got his endoscopy report,, it has come "mild gastro-duodenitis".Can u plz tell me cure for this?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, passing the stool three to four time in day is normal one and it may not be disease condition, try to change the diet and ask him not to worry about this, it may be dyspepsia too.
I can suggest Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days it is just on the tentative basis, condition can be given try with some tranquilizer like Chlordiazepoxide three times in day.
