How To Cure Low Grade Fever At Night,bad Breath And Loss Of Appetite?
my 18 month old son has a low grade fever at night, bad breath, loss of apeitiete, cranky and most importantly what looks to be brown and white gums behind his front top two teeth. The gum area around all other top front teeth is red as well. What could this be?

It seems to be due to candidiasis or streptococcal infection. For definitive diagnosis I would recommend you to go for a clinical examination by pediatrician. They will advise for local swab examination if required. Don't worry as it can be easily treated.
