How To Cure Gastritis, Chest Pain, Back Pain And Persistent Dizziness?
i have gastritis on and off for a year,altely i am having chest pain and back and persistent dizziness for 3 weeks. iwent to cardio dr he told me my heart is ok he gave me librocol and inderal.you think chest pain with dizziness and comfortable breathing coming from gastritis im 30 years old female

I really appreciate your concern, gastritis gives the symptom that mimics the cardiac disease but it has to be ruled out for cardiac disease. If the cardiac evaluation tests are unremarkable then it is nothing to worry, and it could be gastritis, underlying cause of this is matter of concern you can try tab Omeprazole and Domperidone.
