How To Control The Eosinophil Differential Count?

Hi, I have Eosinophil differential count of 08. MCHC of 35.8. 2 years ago, I had a Eosinophil differentil count of 11 which resulted in my right eye having retinal vitreous degeneration.This time too, i've some eye problem. Why does the count go up and how do I control it

Welcome to H.C.M. I am Dr Krishna Dubey.
My dear friend , eosinophil counts of 11 alone is not a cause for your viterous degeneration.
I think there are other cause for this vitreous degeneration like Parasite infection -Ocular larva migrans.

These parasitic infection cause high eosinophilic count.

You need to ask your treating consultant for complete blood count with serology test for toxocariasis ( enzyme immunoassay).

This will very helpful for further management.
