HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .

Yes as per the ADA (American Diabetic Association ) criteria Fasting Blood sugar from 100 to 125 is considered as Prediabetic means you are at risk of becoming Diabetic in future .

So you have to follow Diabetic diet and do Aerobic exercise at least 15-20 minutes everyday . Aerobic exercise includes Brisk walking , Jogging , Running , Cycling , Swimming etc .

As per the diet follow these instruction :

     Include smaller and frequent meals
     Do not skip/delay any meals. Maintain meal timings
     To include more fiber in the diet like whole grains, pulses and vegetables.
     To include more fluid in the diet as clear soups, buttermilk.
     To drink 2-3 litres of water per day.
     To restrict refined cereals like Maida and noodles.
     To restrict concentrated sweets and sugar preparations.
     To include green leafy vegetables in the diet.
     To include skimmed milk and low fat milk products in the diet.
     Restrict deep fried foods and bakery products.
     Restrict the intake of oil to 500 ml per month per person
     Include healthy snacks in between the main meals

short answer:with only one fasting blood sugar value we cannot say that you are a prediabetic though you have a history of diabetes
detailed answer.
For the majority of healthy individuals, normal blood sugar levels are as follows:

Normal blood glucose level in humans is about 4 mM (4 mmol/L or 72 mg/dL)
When operating normally the body restores blood sugar levels to a range of 4.4 to 6.1 mmol/L (82 to 110 mg/dL)
Shortly after a meal the blood glucose level may rise temporarily up to 7.8 mmol/L (140 mg/dL)
so your fasting blood sugar is in the normal range. no need to worry now
but i advice you to take HBA1C test which will give you your average sugar level over a period of 3 months. now a days that this test is becoming more diagnostic.
