Welcome to Health care magic.

Your reports states there are prominent bronchi-vascular markings - this condition is seen in presence of increased blood supply to the lungs due to increased output from heart - cause could be cardiac / systemic.

Increased bronchial prominence will be seen in case of lung pathology - traction (pulling of the broncos ) with fibrosis after any lung infection / inflammation ( pneumonia, old treated infections).

Other than that your report is absolute normal.
If you have increased BP - treat it, any lung infection - a course of antibiotic will help. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
