How To Abode Pregnancy ?

Hi I have just taken a pregancy test which has come back positive. I originally took the morning after pill, which obviously has not worked but took northisterone about a week ago to prevent my period as was going away. Can what i've done cause a miscarriage?

Understand your concern
Norethisterone does not help in abortion, it is used to delayed period.
For abortion you have to use MTP pill (prescription is needed) after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG. It is used under advice of gynecologist. Avoid home use as it cause serious complication that can not control at home.
By method:
1st day: Tablet mifepristone 600 mg orally after food
3rd Day: Tablet misoprostol 800ug vaginally/orally (should be put by gynecologist). EXtra dose should be needed if no bleeding
7th day: Follow up visit
14th day: USG to confirm completeness of abortion

Post abortion advice: maintain hygiene, check for foul smells to prevent vaginal infections, analgesic, rest for 48 hour, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements
