Hi,

Welcome to Health care magic forum.

There are few things I would like to know.
1) When were you diagnosed as diabetic.
2) Are your blood sugar levels under control.
3) When were you injured.
4) Any other health problems.
5) To grade your pain between 1 - 10.
6) Any discoloration in that area.

Your rash is reducing but as pain is still persisting I would recommend you to be examined by a Surgeon to rule out any internal injuries.

regards.
