wanna know how safe is copper t coz right now im on pills that is Harmoni prescibed by my gynacologist after my 1st delivery im taking this from 3yrs so wanna know about copper T im 30 yrs old lady wanna know about copper t coz right now im on pills called Harmoni prescribed by my gynac after delivery. im using these pills from 3yrs how safe is dis? is continuing pill correct or i have to put copper t? please do tell me about both pills n copper t.

both are good ways of contraception .
if u have not complete ur family and want to be pregnant in future then pills is best option for u .
if u have complete ur family ,then copper t is the best way.
pill is safe and effective ,there are not much side effects of it ,if used properly .
copper t may cause irregular bleeding ,pain in some patient ,but once u insert it long last up to ten years also.
