How Safe Is Emanzen D For Pain Relief?

hi...i was operated for lt. pyeloplasty in dec 2012 n now after one n a half year there is again slight pain n swelling in the left kidney.. so the dctr prescribed certain tablets and one of them is Emanzen d ...is it safe to take this tablet once in a day for pain relief?

hi madam, welcome to HCM, i understand ur problem, Emanzen d(diclo+serrapeptidase) side effects are Headache, Dizziness, Peptic Ulceration, ABNORMALITIES OF KIDNEY FUNTION, GASTRIC PROBLEM, etc, but if u have any kidney problem, u cant use these tab regularly, hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
