hi,
first of all you u should not have got yourself treated from a bone setter. this increases the rate of complications manifold. but that part is over now.
as far as swelling of your hand is concerned, u should get an xray done to confirm healing of your fracture in proper condition and please get an orthopaedic consultation for that. if your fracture has healed properly the swelling will subside in next 3-4 weeks. you can do hot fomentation and mobilisation exercises with the help of physiotherapist. but all that only after confirmation of proper healing.
regards
