How Do I Fix A Tongue Pallate ? I Have Sinus Drainage, Bad Cough .
my tongue pallate is hanging low and I have sinus drainage how do I fix it I have a really bad cough that is unproductive as well as sinus drainage. It feels like something is hanging in the back of my throat sometimes to the point that I feel like I have to throw up. My throat is scratchy and my nasal passages are dry to.

By your description it seems that you are having swollen tonsils which are causing hanging tongue pallate also. You need to take antibiotics and do warm saline gargles at least thrice daily with steam inhalation. Consult an ENT surgeon to check if some surgery is needed.
