How Can Weight Be Gained ?

Hi, I m a 25 years old male. my weight is 114 lb and my height is 6.1 I m very skinny today got my blood test. my hematocrit is 37.5% - SGOT(AST) = 35 - SGPT(ALT) = 60 my Ferritin, T3, T4 and TSH were all in the normal range what should I do to gain weight ? should I be worried about those results?

Your stated weight here is absolute normal and no need to increase this again, looking to your age, there are still chances of increasing of weight again, if you still want to increase this, then eat more calorie contain diet, this would be enough to increase the weigh, hope this information helps.
