Gained weight after delivery

Hi doctors. Im 24 years old I have a baby 9 months old. i didnt lose all my gained weight after delivery. im now 72 kg, im 175 cm. i need to lose about 7 kg. Can Via ananas help me. And how i get it in Kuwait ? Thank you
