How Can Neck And Breast Rashes Be Treated During A Pregnancy?
I have had a rash for about two years now that used to be on my back but went away. Later I got the rash on my neck and it spread to the bottom of my breasts (it doesn t really spread and just stays the same now). I thought it could be Pityriasis rosea but it hasn t gone away in 6-8 weeks like it says. It doesn t really itch much its kinda pink. I am also 24 and female. Also I had this for about a year or more and just found out I am pregnant so I am very worried it could affect the pregnancy.
Chronic rashes on the skin are unlikely to affect the fetus in pregnancy. Pityriasisrosacea is not a genetic disease, and not transmitted to the fetus. I would suggest you consult a dermatologist for proper examination, evaluation, and treatment.
