Hi,
It seems that due to injury to hip joint and pelvic region one year back, now it is possible that there might be having some osteo-artheritis due to old injury.
Go for x-ray hip joint and pelvic bone for any degenerative changes.
After report go for short way diathermy and physiotherapy.
Meanwhile go for back extension and pelvic floor exercises.
Use hard bed for sleeping.
Give her calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
