hi, i m shubhi,my age is 17 ,height is 5 5 and weight is 58 kg, i want to loose my weight as early and as fast as possible please give my some plans to help me out

Thanks for query,
You are over weight but not obese,so do not worry,
Go for following tips to reduce weight.
Daily exercise for about 35-40 minutes,like running,swimming,jumping ropes etc.
Take less fat and carbohydrate diet,
More green veges and salads,
No food in between two principle meals,if hungry go for salads,
ok and bye.

you should follow a healthy life style which include 45 min walk/aerobic exercise plus a weight loss diet.
diet should be low in fat and calorie--no fried,no sweet,no maida,no full cream milk and its products
Eat high protein diet.high fibre diet-sprouts,egg whites,bran wheat flour ,fruits and salad,
also please follow regular intervals b/w 2 meals(3 hrs).Breakfast,mid meal,lunch,eve tea,dinner.
in between if u r hungry you can opt for fruits and salad
i am sure you will get results
