u need to have regular and balance diet
eat more green veg and fruits
u need to take tab biotin also ,it will make ur hair more shiny ,silky and smooth
drink more milk
avoid stress ,smoking ,alcohol.
apply hair serum
use good shampoo with conditioner
use wide space tooth comb
do not let ur hair to wet for more time
